12 weeks of tracking food intake, we'll do this TOGETHER - it's the best way to ensure you're eating what you need to lose weight
- log your food daily with proportions we determine together - I will review your food logs regularly
- unlimited email and messaging access to me to coach you through the 12 weeks
- daily insightful lessons written by PhD's and MDs to help you practice small, strategic habit change
- weekly video lessons from me answering top questions, speaking about principles of healthy living and providing encouragment
- weekly weigh-ins
- a thorough explanation of what you should be eating

Up to 3 workouts per week with me in my studio - classes will be 4 or less people
- classes are one hour and consist of: a functional warmup, a focused strength component, then a more aerobic segment comprised of constantly varied movements preformed at relative high intensity, finally a cool down
- you will get stronger, lose body fat, move better, have more energy and I make it fun!
- ALL fitness levels WELCOME, I can make this work for you
- I can work around injuries, I can work with new exercisers. All you need is the willingness to bring your best effort.
- Class times are:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 5:30 am
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 7:30 am
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 9 am
- Tuesday, Thursday - 10:15 am
- Saturday 7:30 am
- Caveat about class times; likely these times will seem to SUCK. You will find reasons why NONE of them work. No one wants to get up at 4:45 am or early on a Saturday to come workout. But changing yourself requires. . . wait for it. . . . CHANGING! It is not easy to make a change. I understand that. But NEITHER is it easy to stay the same. If you are ready, come to class and we will be here for you. You won't be alone. And even things that seem to SUCK are not so bad when you're with others.

You are worth the investment.
- Do nothing, stay the same or get worse. But you'll have all the money/time you saved!
- Join both Weight Watchers and another gym and work with a personal trainer
- Weight Watchers is $14-$60 per month - these leaders are not trained in nutrition OR coaching behavior change
- A trainer at a gym will cost $50-$85 per session (conservatively) PLUS the cost of the gym membership which is $25-$150 per month. Gym trainers are usually much less experienced than I am, few have such a rich depth of experience.
- If you trained three times a week with them and did WW this is $715 - $1360 per MONTH
- Try to do it alone.
