Most people know the basics of how to lose weight. You know which choices are better than others. And I know you're not lazy, unmotivated or lacking in desire.
I view my role as your nutrition coach is one of a tour guide. I can help you identify "log jams" (and these are usually ways of THINKING not necessarily food choices) and brain storm ways to improve them. When necessary I can provide either education, a listening ear, or accountability (and usually all three.)
My private nutrition coaching includes 1 monthly, 30-minute session with me, as well as a habit-based online program, complete with DAILY lessons, practices/habits. These "lessons" will help you revamp your was of thinking about eating habits and reach your weight loss goals.
This is NOT a quick fix or another fad diet! It’s a nutrition program designed using current scientific nutritional principles, and more importantly change psychology to instill long-term, sustainable results.
It’s about developing a healthy relationship with yourself and food, becoming process- rather than outcomes-driven, celebrating the little wins, and going back to basics.

When you sign up for the program you will receive:
How Do I Start?
The first step - is to fill out this form and I will get you started.
After you complete the more in-depth questionnaire I will email you a quick-start guide to help you get started immediately with individualized nutrition guidelines.
You will get your first lesson on the next Monday after your questionnaire is complete. I'm going to ask that you track your food for 3 days, with a platform such as MyFitnessPal.com, so I can see how you currently eat.
Finally, you'll need a couple of inexpensive tools for your measurements. If you're working on-site with me at Fitboro, we can schedule check-ins to complete your measurements together, but most clients find it helpful to have these tools at home.

What does it cost?
This program is a year long program so you can ensure that you have made lasting change. You can chose a 3-month package or a full year upfront.
