The program includes workouts 3 times per week with a small group of no more than 4 people designed to help you increase lean muscle, lose fat, and improve cardiovascular performance. Class uses circuit and HIIT style workouts to keep your heart rate elevated while getting strong (and having fun of course). It also includes 15-minute, private, bi-monthly nutrition check-ins. This program is designed to get you to change to healthy habits so you can be at your ideal weight. Includes DAILY lessons, motivation, habits based on your life, preferences and goals sent via email. You will receive help setting goals and monitoring behaviors and outcomes through encouragement, support and accountability. Available class times are: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 5:30 am, 9 am and 10:15 am I will be in touch with you within the next few days to answer any questions you may have about the program. |
