Are you ready to revive your nutrition, exercise, and mindset and be ready to look and feel your best this summer?

I know you want to feel strong and healthy.  You want to be able to move freely, have energy throughout the day, and not be a slave to cravings.  You want to be able to reach into your closet and not worry what might fit.  You want to have energy to play with your kids go out with friends and travel.

You want the time you spend working out to be effective, and the food choices you make to be nutritious, satisfying and easy to manage.

The "Summer Meltdown" is not about perfection, it's about making small changes that eventually add up to big results.  You can do this and I would love to help you.

"Summer Meltdown" is unlike any other program.  This is not about eliminating your favorite foods and having you run marathons.  We will focus on what you CAN eat and how you CAN move to see sustainable results.

Nutrition -
The backbone of the nutrition offering is an online, on-demand 6-week nutrition program called Nutrition Essentials. Stop getting confused with all the different diets, learn the foundational principles of nutrition, and finally put a plan into practice that gets the weight, health, and performance results you want.

This plan includes the #800gChallenge® and Lazy Macros: diets free of restrictive rules that thousands have used for weight loss, increased energy, improved performance, and more! Check out this link to learn more about the program.

It’s time to get the most out of all your hard work in the gym. Stop starting the diet “tomorrow.” Start today!

Exercise -
Meet 3 times a week for LIVE online classes.  It is a complete exercise program designed to help you increase lean muscle, lose fat, and improve cardiovascular performance. Class starts with a dynamic warm up, usually has a dedicated strength segment and HIIT (high intensity interval training) style workout to keep your heart rate elevated while getting strong (and having fun of course).  The workouts are different each time.  Equipment needed is some dumbbells and a stability ball.

Community -
We will have weekly group meetings to discuss what has been working and explore areas that may need some improvement.  Be part of a group of like-minded women and get the support and accountability you need to succeed.  We will also have a dedicated FaceBook group to keep you motivated and engaged throughout the week.

Fill out the form to register for the challenge today, starts on April 18th.
