For first time clients only.
This option is best for those who are new to exercise and eventually want to join a small group class but may not be ready yet. This program includes:
Total Body Strength and Conditioning
A complete exercise program for a small group of no more than 4 people designed to help you increase lean muscle, lose fat, and improve cardiovascular performance. Class uses circuit style workouts to keep your heart rate elevated while getting strong (and having fun of course).
Nutrition Coaching - In Person
Meet once every week or two weeks to upgrade your nutrition habits.
Get a nutrition plan based on your life, preferences and goals. Get help setting goals and monitoring behaviors. Get encouragement, support and and accountability.
Nutrition Coaching - Online
A YEAR LONG coaching program designed to get you to change to healthy habits so you can be at your ideal weight.
Includes DAILY lessons, motivation, habits, and personal check-ins via phone, skype or email.
A complete exercise program designed exclusively to fit YOUR needs. Primary goals are to help you increase lean muscle, lose fat, and improve cardiovascular performance. Personal training may be a good place to start if you are new to exercise, have physical limitations or very specific goals.
