Total Body Strength and Conditioning Classes
A complete exercise program for a small group of no more than 4 people designed to help you increase lean muscle, lose fat, and improve cardiovascular performance. Class starts with a dynamic warm up, usually has a dedicated strength building segment then moves on to HIIT (high intensity interval training) style workouts to keep your heart rate elevated while getting strong (and having fun of course). Join an existing group or start your own at a time that works for you.

Meet (phone or in person) once every two weeks to upgrade your nutrition habits.
This 3 - 12 month coaching program is designed to get you to change to healthy habits so you can be at your ideal weight.
Includes DAILY lessons, motivation, habits based on your life, preferences and goals.
You will receive help setting goals and monitoring behaviors and outcomes through encouragement, support and accountability.
When appropriate, you will receive personalized macronutrient goals and monitoring.
- $1695 for one full year of coaching
- $499 for three months of coaching

$550 for 10 sessions in my studio
$750 for 10 sessions in your home (within 10 miles of my studio)
